A world-leading provider of mobile modular power, temperature control and energy services, is currently looking to hire a Global Head of Product - HVAC/OFA. The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of critical product lines — driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success globally.

The Global Head of Product will:

• Define and execute the global product strategy for HVAC and OFA offerings, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and broader business objectives.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle—from concept and market analysis to development, launch, and long-term performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, bridging global and regional efforts to bring successful products to market.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritising features and improvements based on customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Own the product line budget and drive its commercial success, ensuring strong ROI on all investment decisions.

The Global Head of Product will have:

• Significant experience in defining and delivering product strategy, within the HVAC, OFA or a related sector.
• A strong understanding of the full product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle—from initial market research to post-launch performance tracking.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to assess whether to build, buy, or partner based on ROI and customer value.
• Experience in a complex, global organisation with the ability to balance local needs with global strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels, including executive leadership.
