Kasia Jendroska

Kasia is a certified recruitment professional, coach and mentor with nearly 10 years’ experience of delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Her early recruitment experience lies within managing accounts and temporary workforce for busy industrial clients. She then moved to a technical role, where she recruited and led a recruitment delivery team working with the biggest and most prestigious OEMs and tier 1 automotive companies in the world. In recent years, just prior to joining EVera, she was headhunting executive level candidates across various industries, regions and markets, delivering against highly sensitive projects.

She is a university graduate with an MA degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She was an enthusiastic primary school teacher before she discovered her passion for recruitment.

When she is not recruiting, she is most likely on a football pitch supporting her son’s dreams of becoming a professional goalkeeper.
