We're looking for trainees, resourcers and senior resourcers
These are customer and candidate-facing roles where you'll become the technical match-maker between our clients and candidates. You'll spend your time predominantly working on exclusive vacancies within our Battery, EV and Gigafactory clients. You'll have privileged access to those clients and will accompany the team on client visits so that you understand their needs and culture inside and out.
We offer recruitment training and technical training - however you will need to have an interest in learning about the EV and Battery sector.
As a Senior Resourcer, you'll initially buddy up with a single resourcer and build that up to a team of three.
