This role is responsible for the on‑site delivery of a hydrogen production facility, leading all construction and commissioning activities through to handover.

The Construction Manager will own programme, safety, quality and contractor performance on site, coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical works while ensuring full compliance with construction and HSE regulations.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:

• Full ownership of construction delivery, including civils, mechanical, electrical, commissioning and handover activities.
• Leading all site health, safety and environmental compliance in line with Irish construction regulations and planning conditions.
• Acting as the primary on‑site interface between contractors, suppliers, utilities and internal engineering teams.
• Managing subcontractors across all workstreams to ensure safe, coordinated and efficient site operations.
• Maintaining accountability for programme delivery, budget control, quality standards and key milestones.
• Developing, managing and tracking detailed construction and commissioning programmes.

The Construction Manager will have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects through full lifecycle, including commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction HSE legislation supported by recognised Health & Safety certifications.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors and high‑risk industrial environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, including contractor performance management and cost control.
• Clear leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple site and senior stakeholders.
