• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions, showcasing solutions to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business development initiatives.

The Business Development Manager will have:

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within fleet management or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a proactive mindset.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
