We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of a fast-growing technology business. You will be instrumental in designing, setting-up and running of financial systems and controls to support company growth initiatives.

The Finance Director will:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth and commercial objectives.
• Lead long-term financial planning, scenario modelling, and capital investment analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across projects and operations.
• Ensure robust financial operations, internal controls, and compliance with international standards.
• Prepare financial reports for investors, board members, and strategic partners, support fundraising and grant applications.
• Manage financial risk, regulatory compliance, and sustainability reporting requirements.

The Finance Director will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in high-growth manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Strong grasp of ERP systems, financial modelling, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; Sage experience preferred.
