We’re looking for a dynamic Programme Manager (6 months contract) to lead a consortium project focused on defining a business plan for large-scale fleet electrification. You’ll work across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless, data-driven solutions.

The Programme Manager will:

• Lead stakeholder engagement across consortium partners, including fleet operators and iDNOs.
• Present analytics and insights to fleet customers during site visits.
• Own programme operations, meeting cadence, and functional requirement capture.
• Collaborate with Marketing to prepare and deliver webinars and interactive workshops.
• Support onboarding of commercial commitments and customer orders.
• Build and manage end-to-end delivery plans, including RAID/RAG and decision logs.
• Coordinate consortium activities and ensure timely action tracking.

The Programme Manager will have:

• Strong project management and proposal development capabilities.
• Confident facilitator of workshops and executive-level meetings.
• Skilled in basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Commercial, PMO, Data, Finance, Legal)
• Experience in e-mobility, energy, or transport sectors (EV charging/fleet experience is a plus)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
