The Sales Manager will:

• Develop and implement a competitive sector sales strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Create and manage sales plans aligned with overall sector goals.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Take direct ownership of key customer relationships.
• Provide coaching and active leadership, supporting growth and development of the team.
• Champion positive change and align with the company’s sales leadership approach.

The Sales Manager will have: 

• Proven experience leading successful sales teams (min 5+ years)
• Technical background with a career path that progressed into sales.
• Construction industry experience - generators, gen sets, rental (heavy machinery)
• Strategic thinking with the ability to lead across diverse products and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Financial and commercial acumen with a problem-solving, customer-first mindset.
