Programme Planner (EV)

We are currently looking for a Programme Planner who will play a pivotal role in a small programme team, driving product development activities record breaking electric performance cars!

The Programme Planner will:

• Through high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy, work with multiple functions across the business to enable best practices for programme planning, ensuring consistency across all work streams and functions.
• Assess the impact of changes, risks and issues on the master schedule and critical programme milestones.
• Identify and manage critical paths, highlighting potential schedule risks and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate delays.
• Implement a robust revision control process for BOMs, updating changes and managing version control to ensure that the latest BOM version is always available to the relevant stakeholders.
• Integrate feeder plans into a single, cohesive master schedule, proactively managing dependencies and sequencing by facilitating planning discussions with all stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align schedules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and project management.

The Programme Planner will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting automotive product development programmes is essential.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple BOMs and meet project deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address BOM-related challenges and recommend effective solutions.
