We are currently looking for an Electric Traction / Propulsion System Test Validation Engineer, for our client, a producer of cutting-edge integrated electric motor and power electronics modules for the automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, robotics, and green technology sectors.  The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and executing robust validation strategies that ensure product readiness and performance in demanding real-world conditions.

The Electric Traction / Propulsion System Test Validation Engineer will:

• Set up and manage dyno test cycles, including long-term durability testing.
• Oversee multiple test cells, coordinating daily operations, data acquisition, and tracking accumulated validation hours.
• Contribute to the setting up of new test facilities, equipment selection, and the implementation of new test capabilities (desirable)
• Configure and operate dynamometer test benches for performance, durability, and environmental validation.
• Plan and execute development and validation test programs for electric traction and propulsion systems.

The Electric Traction / Propulsion System Test Validation Engineer will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar fields.
• Understanding of development and series validation processes in automotive or related sectors.
• Hands-on expertise in dyno test cell operation, cycle setup, and endurance testing.
• Familiarity with advanced propulsion system performance metrics and diagnostics.
• Proven experience in testing and validating electric machines and inverters.
