Associate Director - Building Services (MEP)

Our client, is currently looking to hire a Associate Director - Building Services (MEP). The successful candidate will be responsible for the proper technical and financial management of the business, its clients and employees.

The Associate Director - Building Services (MEP) will:

• Be responsible for the technical and financial management of the building services department through the effective integration and management of the existing MEP building services engineering team.
• Playing role as technical expert for MEP Engineering issues from team members, guiding Graduates, Project Engineers, Senior Engineers and Administration personnel, coordinating the use of all team workload and resource input.
• Ensure problem solving and innovation oversight across office(s) or teams.
• Prepare and manage fee quotations and scope of work by project.
• Create and pursue additional client opportunities.
• Undertake active modelling, management and teaching of engineering competence.

The Associate Director - Building Services (MEP) will have:

• Significant experience of ‘hands on’ design within a mechanical building services setting.
• Demonstrable understanding of building design project management and project delivery.
• Management, Coaching and mentorship skills with the ability motivate and develop small teams of engineers.
• Ability to work on their own initiative, as part of our dynamic team with a high attention to detail.
