Senior Battery Systems Engineer (Battery)

We are currently looking for a Senior Battery Systems Engineer for our client, an award-winning battery technology company solving one of our generation’s most significant challenges: industrial electrification.  The successful candidate will develop and manage product requirements and design ensuring testing and analysis is completed to the highest standards.

The Senior Battery Systems Engineer will:

• Work with R&D departments and other relevant teams that contribute to the product’s success.
• Drive problem-solving processes, supporting production.
• Manage technical changes through the internal change control processes.
• Enhance the product with new feature development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related battery systems.

The Senior Battery Systems Engineer will have:

• A third-level qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience of 5+ years in a similar position.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong decision making and analysis skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
