A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sport cars is hiring a Software Integration Manager. The successful candidate will lead the EE integration task to deliver the EE integration content on vehicle programmes.

The Software Integration Manager will:

• Direct the workload of the integration team for the given programmes.
• Drive issue resolution and, where required, mitigation plans.
• Own the delivery of the FIP for defined programmes.
• Represent EE in engineering and technical reviews.
• Define the work package scope for outsourced integration partners.

The Software Integration Manager will have:

• Supplier management experience.
• Technical engineering background and a knowledge of using calculation and analysis to drive design.
• Experience in designing and managing EE Architecture deliveries (Networks/Requirements)
• Knowledge of, or experience in delivering Electrical or Electronics commodities (HD & SW).
• Knowledge of Product Development Cycle from concept to launch completion.
• Experience of Electrical Engineering vehicle fleet support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
