System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain (EV)

Our client, an iconic luxury British sports car manufacturer is currently hiring a System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain. The successful candidate will lead the systems development and feature delivery of distributed functions within the ICE Powertrain domain.

The System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain will:

• Drive issue resolution and, where required, mitigation plans.
• Support SOTIF (ISO21448) and Cyber Security (UNECE R155) aspects of the feature delivery.
• Identify diagnostic requirements for the systems.
• Analyse and organise stakeholder requirements.
• Allocate system requirements to elements of the system and defining interfaces.

The System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain will have:

• Technical engineering background and a knowledge of using calculation and analysis to drive design.
• Appropriate / related engineering degree.
• Experience of Autosar SW architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of DBC and FIBEX Automotive standards for serial data/communication level.
• Experience of managing technical delivery through Tier 1 suppliers.
• Experience of more than one of the following commodities is preferred: infotainment, connected services, switchgear, lighting, body electronics, power management, EDS, ADAS, powertrain (electrified), chassis.
