Technical Trainer

A Midlands based battery cell research and manufacturing centre is currently looking to hire a Technical Trainer. The successful candidate will deliver training to both external clients and internal associates, this role will be focused on External delivery as a priority with some delivery of internal material as required.

The Technical Trainer will:

• Monitor and review existing training materials and resources to ensure that they are effective and up to date and relevant with the Learning Designer and Developer.
• Support the L&D Team to create training materials.
• Work closely with the L&D Coordinator for management and booking of internal and external courses.
• Support with SWI creation and continuous improvement with an L&D viewpoint.
• Complete projects as directed by the Head of L&D.

The Technical Trainer will have:

• Relevant experience.
• Previous experience with delivering training/education as a focus of their role.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
• Ability to adapt delivery and content for internal and external delivery.
• Customer-first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.
• Ability to prioritise their own workload.
