We are seeking a dynamic EE EDS DVP Engineer, to join our client’s team, a world-renowned luxury automotive brand that has been crafting iconic, high-performance vehicles. The successful candidate will support the EDS team through testing, re-work, and up-date activities for harnesses in development, pre-production, and production environments.

The EE EDS DVP Engineer will:

• Prepare and up-date prototype vehicle harnesses for specific test requirements.
• Identify components required to complete reworks and support part number specification and order placement.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure industry best practice is followed in workshop areas.
• Maintain rework documentation to ensure clarity of status for components and vehicles.
• Support all required pre-production build phases to help identify build issues and react to issues found.

The EE EDS DVP Engineer will have:

• Appropriate engineering qualifications.
• Knowledge and experience of NX and Team Centre.
• Understanding and experience of 3D and 2D (drafting) CAD.
• Experience of automotive harness design, construction, and modification.
• Knowledge of harness component definition and where to source parts from.
• Good IT skills with the ability to process data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management.
