A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sport cars is hiring a Technical Component Owner – Mobile App. The successful candidate will own and be responsible for the technical architecture of the mobile app and advise on the technical feasibility of the future roadmap.

The Technical Component Owner – Mobile App will:

• Ensure compliance to industry best practices including cybersecurity and privacy.
• Provide thought leadership for best practices and new/emerging concepts in the areas of mobile application, mobile devices and OS, mobile middleware platforms.
• Ensure the scalability of the mobile platform and its subsequent systems across (Android, IOS)
• Analyse business requests, engaging with stakeholders to interpret and define appropriate and best practice solutions.
• Develop the technology standard for mobile software.

The Technical Component Owner – Mobile App will have:

• Experience scoping and integrating using Restful API.
• Deep understanding of IOS and Android mobile app development platforms (XYZ)
• Demonstrable experience in a technical mobile component role or as a solution architect.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of delivering mobile applications into China.
• A degree level or equivalent relevant experience in information IT, Software Engineering or Computer services.
• Excellent written communication skills for requirements writing & concerns management.
