Head of AI Data

A world-renowned luxury automotive brand that has been crafting iconic, high-performance vehicles for over a century is currently seeking a Head of AI Data. The successful candidate will build and lead the AI Data team with the CDE department, setting the vision and lay out the strategy for processes, key partnerships and make vs. buy decisions.

The Head of AI Data will:

• Define and implement data structure, backends (together with IT) and embedded car systems (together with EE architecture), data input and output, AI Data models, data methods and processes.
• Guide, direct and train to develop other team members.
• Identify relevant AI data business cases.
• Defines the AI data architecture in conjunction with EE architecture and IT.
• Build and lead the AI Data team in the planning & execution of work content ensuring feature delivery of all programmes.

The Head of AI Data will have:

• Experience of delivering AI Data content, ideally in automotive vehicle programmes.
• Appropriate Electrical Engineering degree.
• 2nd degree / further learning.
• Membership of appropriate Professional Organization.
• Knowledge of, or experience in delivering Electrical or Electronics commodities/systems, including quality, cost, function, weight, and timing.
• Experience and knowledge of AI Data roles, data modelling and data processes.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Good problem-solving skills.
