Production Supervisor

A R&D facility supporting the development, manufacturing, and testing of lithium-ion batteries is currently hiring a Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the production operators.

The Production Supervisor will:

• Supervise the production operatives as a technical and team leader.
• Oversee the operation of production equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
• Assist in generating production reports and maintain accurate production records.
• Review and approve completed Work Orders in accordance with provided Build Instructions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Achieve planned key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
• Diagnose and resolve ad-hoc problems with production equipment, minimizing downtime.

The Production Supervisor will have:

• Experience in a manufacturing/ production/ assembly environment
• Previous team leading/supervision experience.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime to meet business needs.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced production environment.
