Electrical & Electronics Manager

Our client is currently hiring an Electrical & Electronics Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of engineers who are engaged in creating and providing all aspects of HV battery EE components.

The Electrical & Electronics Manager will:

• Create a technical project plan to integrate design releases with customer vehicle delivery and testing programs.
• Take the lead in recruiting Electrical & Electronics engineers to expand and enhance the team's capabilities.
• Serve as an interface between different teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Collaborate with related functions such as systems, safety, requirements, process, and software to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Act as a liaison with customers to ensure that requirements are accurately identified, and delivery programs are well-coordinated.

The Electrical & Electronics Manager will have:

• A thorough understanding of the development of safety-critical electronics hardware according to safety standards like ISO26262 or any equivalent safety standards.
• Proficiency in dealing with high voltage battery packs and battery management systems (BMS).
• Expertise in HV BMS design.
• Experience in adhering to ISO21434 cybersecurity standards.
• At least five years of verifiable experience in a leadership or management position in EE, with a specialization in developing safety critical HV products.
• Proficiency in designing for cybersecurity, meeting the requirements of the ISO21434 standard.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent planning abilities.
• Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams both within and outside the organization.
