Our client, a pioneer in zero-emission HGV transport is looking to employ a Sales and Aftersales/Dealer Development Subject Matter Expert. The successful candidate will focus on delivering the best-in-class processes resulting in a first-class user experience for the team, the partners, and customers, as well as focusing on continually improving S&A/Dealer Development processes as the company is rapidly growing. The IT Platform S&A/Dealer Development SME will be responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end S&A/Dealer Development processes that will be delivered in the IT Platform.

 

The Aftersales SME will:

  • Assist IT with creating requirements and a transformation map for the S&A/Dealer Development function.
  • Keep track of process pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Act as the focus point with the S&A/Dealer Development function for business process mapping and improvement initiatives.
  • Create and implement best practice processes for the S&A/Dealer Development function.
  • Define, document, and implement the target business processes for the S&A/Dealer Development function.
  • Use their experience and knowledge of the S&A/Dealer Development domain to analyse issues, define requirements, and quantify business cases for implementation prioritisation. 

The Aftersales SME will have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in an S&A/Dealer Development, engineering, or IT discipline, or equivalent through experience.
  • Deep functional business knowledge and experience within the S&A/Dealer Development domain.
  • Ability to create and structure the best practice processes and methods of working in the specific domain.
  • Automotive Industry experienced S&A/Dealer Development.
  • Experienced in sales systems (Configurator tools, Finance calculation modules, CRM tools) and Aftersales systems (Electronic Parts Catalogues, Parts Ordering, Warranty processes, Customer Satisfaction programmes, etc) needed to be able to understand the data needed and the way these modules interact with each other.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high work ethic.
  • Ability to lead and inspire the team, goal-orientated and organized.
