A leader in electrified vehicle technology is currently seeking a HR Administrator to be the main point of contact for new employees and manage the administrative tasks of HR.


You will manage inductions, monitor training, plan appraisals, and manage employment related correspondence.

 

The HR Administrator Duties:

  • Provide support and guidance for employees on a range of HR processes in line with our policies and procedures and best practice.
  • To be the point of contact for all day-to-day operational HR issues.
  • Support with the processing of monthly payroll and wage payments
  • Ensure that employment policies are up to date
  • Implement relevant changes in employment law and follow best practice
  • Process administrative tasks and handle communication with clients, contractor’s, suppliers, line managers and employees
  • Assist with onboarding process of new starters to the business
  • Assist in the off boarding of leavers
  • Provide administrative support to HR team as required including drafting documents
  • Support with HR metrics

The HR Administrator Will Have:

  • Completed or working towards relevant CIPD qualification - desirable not essential 
  • Interest in HR or recent HR graduate
  • Previous experience operating in an HR administrator role
  • Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to proactively plan and organise workload to respond to changing priorities, whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to handle confidential material appropriately
  • Knowledge of best practice of employee relations
  • An excellent understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles 
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and up to date knowledge of HR legislation and best practice
  • Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.
