A leader in electrified HGV technology is currently seeking a Senior Manager – Product Marketing. This role will be to communicate with absolute clarity what client’s customers need and want in terms of product features and benefits, providing evidenced information of the value that can be driven from responding to these opportunities

The Senior Manager – Product Marketing Duties:

  • Manage a team of researchers and channel support execs, setting appropriate goals and performance metrics
  • Develop team members such that they can grow rapidly in capability and able to fulfill more senior roles in short timeframes as the company grows rapidly
  • Ensure that target outcomes are achieved within the agreed budget.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation marketing team to ensure that the messages communicated to customer and stakeholder groups are optimally targeted and focused
  • Collaborate with counterpart product marketing teams to align strategies and actions and to share and promulgate departmental and organisational learning and best practice
  • Managing and overseeing win/loss analyses
  • Overseeing the development of comprehensive personas for customer and stakeholder groups with clear recommendations for how to communicate effectively to those groups
  • Set and manage departmental budget, ensuring that target outcomes are achieved within the planned cost.

The Successful Senior Manager – Product Marketing Will Have:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a similar Product Marketing role – ideally within the automotive industry.
  • An excellent manager and coach of people and teams
  • A high degree of ownership and accountability, with experience of working in a high-growth and fluid environment, without reliance on established structures or processes.
  • Strong analytical ability, able to identify, analyse and interpret sources of market insight.
  • A commercial mindset with strong business acumen and experience in business case generation.
