EVera Recruitment are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their team of recruitment consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and constantly growing organisation in a busy and varied role. The role is to provide efficient administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure an efficient and accurate recruitment administration service. This will involve prioritising workload and accommodating changing business demands while ensuring a timely and accurate service is provided to company employees and job applicants.
The Recruitment Administrator duties:
Answering the office telephones to deal with various queries, taking messages and transferring calls
Maintaining in-house systems (creating and updating candidates, clients and jobs records)
Formatting candidates CVs
Writing job descriptions and job adverts
Collate, track and analyse recruitment progress and produce weekly/ monthly reports.
Supporting recruitment consultants and managers as and if required with administrative duties.
The Recruitment Administrator will have:
Previous experience as an Administrator within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment (preferably recruitment)
Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
Strong customer service. relationship building abilities and communication skills (verbal and written)
