A leader in electrified HGV technology is currently seeking a Business Development Manager (Europe) to assist the company expand further into the EU market.

Business Development Manager (Europe) Duties:

  • Business Development to end users and distributers in the EU market.
  • Deliver on sales targets while implementing business-growth strategies and increasing market share.
  • Identify customer needs and potential commercial growth opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture key accounts and relationships.
  • Maintaining a CRM system and updating with sale activities
  • Preparing proposals and quotes while negotiating with clients to close deals.
  • Engaging consultatively with a wide range of customers

The Successful Business Development Manager (Europe) Will Have:

  • Prior work experience within a Business Development Manager role managing international stakeholder and customer relationships.
  • Significant automotive experience, preferably within electrification.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and processes to deliver account growth.
  • Motivated and driven.
  • Ability to travel internationally regularly (when permitted).
