With a master's degree in psychology, Varsha has always had a passion for people management, psychology, and soft skills, which has drawn her closer to the recruitment side of HR. Her experience spans over 5 years in end-to-end recruitment, working across various industries to fill roles from operative level through to senior manager. An eagerness to learn new things and delve deeper into technology and electric vehicles led Varsha to join EVera Recruitment.

In her free time, Varsha loves singing, boxing, dancing, sketching/painting, cooking, and traveling.
