Courtney Cox

Courtney is an experienced generalist Recruiter who has worked in various technical roles for a variety of industries including Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing. She has found a passion for working more complex roles and now applies this interest and her developed recruiting skillset as a Resource Consultant for EVera Recruitment. Courtney is always open to learning new things and developing new skills that will enhance her technical recruiting career.

One of her key strengths is building positive and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates and managing expectations from both. Helping candidates achieve the next step in their career and supporting clients with finding the right fit for their business needs provides Courtney with real job satisfaction.

When Courtney is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family (mostly the furry, four-legged ones!!). She has an interest in cooking and visiting scenic walking routes.
