Adam Juckes

Head of Technology

Adam began his career in recruitment in 2009, following five years of service in the Royal Air Force where he travelled extensively as a ceremonial musician with the Central Band and the RAF Squadronaires. Since transitioning into the private sector, he has spent over 16 years partnering with world-class software engineering teams to help them scale effectively, collaborating closely with CEOs, CTOs, and Engineering Directors to identify and attract top-tier talent.

With deep experience in the ever-evolving technology landscape, Adam has worked with a diverse range of organisations from global investment banks and hedge funds to gaming studios and clean tech startups. His consultative approach and deep industry insight have made him a trusted recruitment partner across the technology sector for over 15 years.

Outside of work, Adam is a passionate wildlife photographer and co-owner of Apex Adventures, a wildlife tour company. He also co-hosts The WildX Podcast, which explores the mental health benefits of spending time in nature. During the 2020 lockdown, Adam and his wife built a campervan and have since enjoyed exploring the UK’s wild spaces, most recently completing a five-week road trip through the Inner and Outer Hebrides.
