VLM - SW & Electronics (EV)

A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars is currently hiring a VLM - SW & Electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible with leading the delivery of hypercar project and the special projects, for all the SW & ET contents, on time, on quality and on budget.

The VLM - SW & Electronics will:

• Track and manage overall components timing (SW & ET specific ones)
• Be responsible for vehicle level/cross functional engineering decisions.
• Reach targets on direct costs, investments and supplier development costs, supported by the PL of Finance.
• Lead the external engineering team fostering analysis and facilitating decision making.
• Be accountable for managing budget within the technical area of competence (SW & ET)

The VLM - SW & Electronics will have:

• Degree level in an Engineering (Electronics, Software, Telecommunication)
• High experience in Project management in Automotive projects.
• Strong communication skills with experience working in international organizations.
• Natural attitude to collaboration with peers, highly motivated and self-organized person.
• Experience in managing indirect teams towards delivery (e.g. 10 or more reports)
• Strong experience in software/electronics projects, for Tier1/OEMs.
