ADAS & AD Feature Owner

A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars is currently looking to hire an ADAS & AD Feature Owner. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with different teams to feed requirements into the software implementation, ensure those requirements are understood and implemented, to ensure that vehicle test and development requirements are understood and that the necessary level of test, calibration and validation is delivered to support overall feature delivery.

The ADAS & AD Feature Owner will:

• Deliver strategy of specific ADAS & AD features, including development plan, timing of key deliverables into the vehicle programme and the achievement of target attributes.
• Guide other team members to support the achievement of feature delivery.
• Own and resolve conflicts in terms of technical delivery and timing.
• Guide suppliers and implementation teams to ensure delivery of feature content in line with the delivery strategy.

The ADAS & AD Feature Owner will have:

• Degree education in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience in Product Delivery and technical problem solving.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion or Doors)
• Experience of ADAS systems calibration and validation.
• Working knowledge of FuSa/DFMEA.
