A pioneering and globally recognized clean energy technology company that are delivering compact and cost-effective energy solutions for sustaining the planet are currently looking to employ a Product Strategy Director. The successful candidate will implement strategies to ensure that all customer requirements are met, will identify, and create processes and strategies which will optimize output and minimize costs.

The Product Strategy Director will:

• Advise the company executives on research projects to assist with overall mission statement, goals determination, and product strategy and road map alignment.
• Support and advice on all cross-functional issues with proven academic experience, vast professional knowledge & capabilities in a diverse field.
• Will use their knowledge and experience for the various internal researchers and working groups, providing professional advice and guidance including basic and applied research projects, to support the delivery of various projects.
• Be involved in all strategy activities, consult, and build strategic relationships with strategic worldwide experts.

The Product Strategy Director will have:

• Ideally, educated to degree level.
• Ability to own a strategic and innovative mindset to support future partners, investors, and potential customers in promoting the company direction.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to lead and mentor, good interpersonal skills and a positive mind-set.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Leadership and business skills which will promote the efficiency, profitability, and competitive position of the company as a leader in its field.
