Rob Young

At EVera's outset, Rob had accumulated seven years in technical engineering recruitment, including forming fully operational delivery teams to service high levels for a range of engineering clients covering many EV and Battery Technologies.

His recruiting experience encompasses resourcing roles at all levels within organisations but in more recent years has gravitated to more senior positions such as Technical Engineering, Manufacturing Directors, Senior Programme Managers and Technical Lead roles.

Rob prides himself on exceptional account management and is motivated by providing unprecedented customer service through open and honest, detailed communication and delivery for clients.

Rob has been an avid Sportsman from an early age, representing at regional level Rugby, Football and Cricket and attaining a scholarship to play rugby at Glenwood High School and the Natal Sharks in Durban, South Africa. Very well-travelled, Rob has backpacked across South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America.

He also attended Nottingham Trent University as a Sport Scholar, qualifying with a 2:1 Degree in Sports Science and Business Management.
