From private start-ups to large OEM’s, he has grown his skills in full-cycle battery recruitment: Electro-chemistry, Cell Manufacturing, Module & Pack Assembly, EV Battery Pack Integration, Energy Storage Systems, Second Life/ Usage and Battery Recycling. Having said that his specialism is in the earlier stages or the battery manufacturing process (Chemistry/ Materials Science).
